So we found a house to rent and we are so excited! The house is in a pretty good location and I could not be happier! For the last 8ish months I have lived in an apartment with my husband and while it was a nice place I was not really happy. It really bothered me to have neighbors beside of me and below me. Not to mention that it was on the 3rd floor and I had to carry everything up and always walk the dog on a leash several times a day. Now, we have a slightly larger home (350 more sq ft) with a small fenced in yard for the dog. Plus, it is less than rent at the apartment :)
We are very slowly moving as we have several weeks to complete the process and we get tired of it quickly because of moving furniture down all those stairs.
My wonderful husband made this very nice move even better by using our tax refund to get us some couches! The couches we have a very worn, uncomfortable, and falling apart! They should arrive in about 3 weeks!
